When calling, simply state what you are calling about when asked, “How can I help you?” Customers can also reach customer support by dialing 611 from their FirstNet phone; if you are not calling from a FirstNet phone, simply say “FirstNet”.

com/devices, select your device name and check to see if the model number listed on the website matches the model number on your device.
If the model numbers match, your device is FirstNet Ready.
If model numbers don't match, your device is not FirstNet Ready.

New subscribers may migrate an AT&T line of service or activate a new FirstNet Mobile—Responder line of service.
New subscribers must qualify for FirstNet service and complete verification process within 30 days.
