Go through the door and go up the stairs to the Escape Pod Bay.
You'll enter a very dark hallway, just keep going and you'll reach the Escape Pod.
Go near the Escape Pod and Stanley will save the Bucket.
The saved bucket can also be found in the Epilogue of the game.
