Frequent failures of IManage

Open the system tray.
Select the iManage Work Agent icon and: Select the gear icon.
From the list, select Check for Updates.

Every time a document is opened (implicit checkout) while you are online (connected to the DMS), the document is saved locally in the %appdata%\iManage\Work\Recent\ folder.
When you close the document or use the Save and Sync option, the document is synced to the DMS.

Link Outlook folders and their sub folders to iManage Work folders for automatic filing of emails.
Save email attachments from multiple emails at the same time to iManage Work.
Insert iManage Work items as email attachments.
Drag an iManage Work document into an open email to attach it as a local copy.
