If you log into your HotSchedules account and do not see any shifts under My Schedule, there could be different reasons why: Schedule isn't posted: The scheduling manager has not posted the week's schedule.
You will need to reach out to your scheduling manager to get an ETA on when the schedules will be posted.

Active - This status allows the employee to login to their personal HotSchedules account, and managers will have the ability to schedule the employee on the Schedules tab.
Inactive - Choosing this status will save the employee on the Staff tab with a line through their name.

If you work at two completely separate companies that both use HotSchedules, unfortunately your accounts cannot be linked together at this time.
You will have to log into the two accounts separately to access your schedule information.
