Frequent failures of Feeld
If you're still experiencing this issue after updating: Please force close the Feeld app (iOS / Android) and try again.
If the issue persists, please try reinstalling the app again, as this may fix the issue.
You won't lose your profile, Connections or any data.
Swipe down and release the Connections screen to refresh your Connections.
If this doesn't work, force close the Feeld app (iOS / Android) and reopen it.
If this doesn't do the trick, Log out from Feeld (App Settings > Log out) and log back in.
Reinstall the Feeld app.
To use, you simply click on the orange Ping icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
This sends the human you're interested in a notification, whereby your profile will appear on the top row of their Connections screen.
If the human you pinged accepts your Ping, you'll connect with them and a chat will open.
Your Connection may be temporarily or permanently blocked, or they may have disconnected from you, disabled or terminated their account.
We're working on making the notifications we show clearer while protecting our members' privacy.
