Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970.
An Intel Core 2 Duo Q6867 CPU is required at a minimum to run Deep Rock Galactic.
