Two possibilities spring to mind.
First is wifi interference causing an issue with your speakers connecting to router, and ultimately, the music source.
The second is also a network issue, just a bit less discoverable.
However, if you unplug your Sonos devices, and reboot your router, it may resolve the issue.
More likely fighting some other device for a duplicate IP address.
Try unplugging all of your Sonos devices, and while they're unplugged, reboot your router.
Once the router has had a couple of minutes to recover, plug back in your Sonos devices.
One of your neighbor's routers or other equipment may be stepping on your Sonos signal, you can easily try switching channels to see if another works better.
Best to use 1, 6 or 11 if you are using WiFi.
If you are using Ethernet connected Sonos it may even your own router at fault if it does auto-channel-switching.
