Has Vinted stopped using InPost?

Vinted members now have the option to collect their parcels from participating stores via InPost Shop.
This is in addition to the InPost locker-to-locker service for Vinted users, which was introduced in Q2 2022.

Why would an InPost parcel not be delivered?

There are two possible reasons: The recipient did not collect the parcel in time (and it expired) The parcel couldn't be delivered to the InPost Locker or Shop.

What happens if InPost tracking is not updated in 3 days?

If your parcel hasn't updated on tracking for 48 hours, have no fear.
Occasionally they can get a little bit delayed – but we usually get things moving again within 24 hours.
If there's been no update for 72 hours, then feel free to get in touch with our Customer Care team and they'll do some digging.

Does InPost have compensation?

Still stuck and not enjoying InPost, then go to Step 3.

Step 3: Your firewall may have blocked InPost

Temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall running in the background. Now, if you can access InPost, be informed that your security software is causing problems. Try adding InPost to the set of trusted sites.

Step 4 – If the problem persists, it could be a DNS failure.

DNS is a service that translates InPost into a machine-readable address called an IP address. In most cases, this job is done by your ISP. If only specific sites are not opening, it is likely to be corrupted.
