There are seven playable characters in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot that the player will guide throughout the story.
These include Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo, Future Trunks, Gotenks, and Vegito.
As the player progresses through the game, they will unlock new characters to play.

Luckily, players can completely refill their HP by visiting a campfire and either selecting "Rest" or preparing themselves a meal.
Each area typically has several campfires for players to visit, so they should never have to travel too far in order to restore their health.

There's plenty to do in Kakarot after you finish the game.
Everything has to come to an end eventually, but video games and Dragon Ball have something in common: an almost inspiring amount of persistence.
