Frequent failures of Yodeck

To reset all Settings on your Player, you need to delete a file from the Player's SD card.
This will force the system to apply the default settings.

First of all, connect the Yodeck Player with an Ethernet cable.
After the Yodeck player come online in your dashboard, enter your wireless network's WiFi credentials in the Yodeck Portal.
(Edit Monitor -> Network).
Keep in mind that WiFi network names are case-sensitive.

How does it work? The Yodeck Player (or Raspberry Pi in general) includes a CEC adapter on its HDMI monitor port.
If your screen supports HDMI-CEC, then the Player issues a CEC “standby” (or “power on”) command to turn your screen off (or on).

Turn it on again. Clear internet cookies and browser cache.
Still stuck and not enjoying Yodeck, then go to Step 3.
Temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall running in the background. Now, if you can access Yodeck, be informed that your security software is causing problems. Try adding Yodeck to the set of trusted sites.
DNS is a service that translates Yodeck into a machine-readable address called an IP address. In most cases, this job is done by your ISP. If only specific sites are not opening, it is likely to be corrupted.
