Frequent failures of Stan
Buffering can occur for a wide variety of reasons, largely due to a slow or weak Internet connection.
If you are experiencing buffering, bad video quality or connection error messages while streaming Stan, you may have a slow or unstable connection to the Internet.
Powercycle your TV and modem/router+ Physically unplug your Smart TV and modem/router from the power for at least 30 seconds.
Plug your Smart TV and router back in.
Turn your Smart TV on with the power button.
Launch and try to use the Stan app again.
Try streaming in Safe mode+– Scroll down and double tap the Streaming title.
Toggle on the Streaming Safe Mode setting that appears and confirm the change.
To reverse the setting, simply head back to the App Settings page and toggle off the setting.
