Frequent failures of PdaNet

Ensure the data connection on your Android phone is active if you are unable to establish a connection through PdaNet.
Press "Menu" from the home screen and touch "Settings.
" Touch "Wireless and Networks," then touch "Mobile Networks.
" Check the "Data Enabled" field and attempt to connect through the application again.

On the computer click on Start->Programs->PdaNet for Android and select "Install Legacy Network Driver", wait for it to complete and see if that fixes the issue.
Please check your phone and make sure PdaNet (usb tether) has been turned on.
This indicates the right version of PdaNet+ is not running on your phone.
