Therefore, you can try to clear the cache in order to solve the Paint 3D problem.
Try resetting the App at Settings > Apps & Features > Paint 3D > Advanced Options > Reset.
The Paint 3D is currently not available error message might also be due to a corrupted Microsoft Store cache.
So resetting that Store cache can also fix the error.
To reset the Microsoft Store cache, go to Search, type Run and tap Enter.
When the Run window appears on your screen, enter WSReset.
exe and click OK.
Clear Microsoft Store Cache To do so, press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
Type wsreset.

A command prompt should appear for a few seconds and then disappear automatically.
