Frequent failures of Boom 2

Move away from other sources of wireless signal – you could be experiencing interference.
Make sure your speaker has enough battery power (connect it to a power source with the supplied adapter).
Adjust the volume on both the audio source and your speaker.
Restart both your speaker and the audio source.

All you have to do is connect your wireless speaker EU Boom to a power source and try to operate your device again when it has sufficient charge.

Factory Reset Needed Hold down the “volume down” and “power” button at the same time until you hear a sound.
The UE Boom 2 will then turn off.
Turn the speaker back on and attempt to pair it with your device again.

If your Bluetooth® device won't connect to your ULTIMATE EARS BOOM, try the following: Make sure your device is paired with your speaker and Bluetooth® is active (see, "How do I pair additional Bluetooth® devices with my speaker?").
Place your Bluetooth® device closer to the speaker – it might be out of range.

Troubleshooting Tips

Problem solved? Still can't connect to Boom 2? Continue with Step 2.
Turn it on again. Clear internet cookies and browser cache.
Still stuck and not enjoying Boom 2, then go to Step 3.
Temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall running in the background. Now, if you can access Boom 2, be informed that your security software is causing problems. Try adding Boom 2 to the set of trusted sites.
