Frequent failures of Runkeeper
We're seeing some issues with Android devices, particularly Samsung, putting extra restrictions on apps that run in the background like The ASICS Runkeeper app.
This may result in crashing or not getting location updates while tracking.
Make sure your phone's battery saving mode is turned off -- this can cause GPS issues.
Android users may need to adjust other settings in this article.
If none of the above work, it is possible the app did not download to the phone correctly.
Try deleting/reinstalling the app to see if this helps.
When viewing your activity list in the Me tab, check to see if there are any red triangles next to activities.
