Frequent failures of Clever
Log in with Clever If you see the error Invalid username or password, this means that the username and/or password you entered are not correct for your Clever account.
Select Get help logging in! to reset your password using the email address linked to your district's Clever account.
If that login isn't working, the badge has likely been invalidated.
You may have to generate a new Clever Badge for the student.
Check your Clever sync for Google email addresses.
Students using Clever Badges to log into Chromebooks should all have Google email addresses synced to your Clever account.
The most common cause of this is a user trying to log in that is not yet synced to Clever, but it could also be that the field we match on, say student number or email address, is missing in the SIS upload for the user in question.
Clever Support is most efficiently able to quickly solve issues submitted via the Contact available in the bottom-right throughout the Clever Help Center.

Temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall running in the background. Now, if you can access Clever, be informed that your security software is causing problems. Try adding Clever to the set of trusted sites.
DNS is a service that translates Clever into a machine-readable address called an IP address. In most cases, this job is done by your ISP. If only specific sites are not opening, it is likely to be corrupted.
