Frequent failures of Classlink
Make sure you're using the correct username and password provided by your school or district.
Check for typos and ensure that caps lock is off.
If you've forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
Access Denied error: If you get and "Access Denied" error it is likely related to a caching issue or stored passwords/cookies.
Try a separate browser or incognito mode.
If that works and it lets you in, then its definitely a cache issue.
Open the Settings app.
Scroll down to Apps and Notifications, then scroll to BPS Launchpad.
Touch BPS Launchpad to open it.
You will see an option to Uninstall.
